1. From the multimedia browser you can select the pictures you want to send to the archiving module.

2. Scanned pictures using the TWAIN interface, ready for archiving in the database library.

3. The querying module that would be used to retrieve the pictures stored in the database library.

4. Zap Meta File (zmf) using multiple layers with transparency, the zmf files are used to store image annotations linked to a specific photography.

5. Viewing a picture and its linked WinWord document together.

Note: if the voice recorder has been used at the time the image was stored in the library the matching audio file is also played while you are watching the documents.
