MINIMUM CONFIG |
PC Pentium 400 MHz
+.
At least 256 MB RAM to work with 2000, XP, and 2003.
Program
only 7 MB, but requires a large working directory when building
slide show or movie.
Screen
size 800x600 (better 1024x768) in true color mode.
Windows®
98, 2000, Me, XP, 2003 (optimized
for Windows® 2000,
XP, 2003).
CD-ROM
combo, with dedicated CD burning software.
Full duplex sound board + microphone.
DirectX
version 8 +.
Codec DivX 4.12 + if you want to play DivX movies.
Note
for Windows 98/ME users.
ZAP Media Solution is optimized to work with operating systems
based on the NT technology. Some features are missing in 98/ME,
and the following restrictions would apply to them:
- Large pictures
(above 4 millions pixels) will be resized in order to fit
within the 98/ME 16 MB memory limit.
- If you got the
Windows message "not enough memory, please close unused
applications" when ZAP builds thumbnails for the
current folder. Then avoid to use the "graphic"
mode display while browsing folders with more than 400
pictures, use instead the "All" display mode, that
would save the limited 98/ME GDI stack space.
These
restrictions do not apply to new Windows OS versions.
